Tailored Refund Policy
At Tailored, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we’ve created the following refund policy to ensure a smooth process for our customers.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date if any of the following apply:

The clothing item arrives with stains, rips, or other damage.

The order is missing items or accessories that were part of the clothing.

You received the wrong size from what was ordered.

The package did not arrive within the specified timeframe.
Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
